Aluminium is a popular material choice for windows and doors due to its numerous advantages. Here are some of the key benefits of using aluminium for windows and doors:
Aluminium is a strong and durable material that can withstand harsh weather conditions, such as heavy rain, wind, and even saltwater exposure. It doesn’t warp, crack, or corrode easily, making it a long-lasting option.
Aluminium windows and doors require minimal maintenance. They don’t need to be painted or stained, and a simple cleaning routine is usually sufficient to keep them looking new.
Aluminium can be manufactured with slim profiles, allowing for larger glass areas. This means more natural light can enter the interior spaces, providing a modern and aesthetically pleasing look.
Aluminium windows and doors can be designed with thermal breaks and insulating features that enhance their energy efficiency. This helps in maintaining a comfortable indoor temperature and reducing energy consumption for heating or cooling.
Aluminium can be powder-coated or anodized in a wide range of colors and finishes, allowing homeowners to choose a style that matches their architectural preferences. Now it is also available in wood grain finishes.
Aluminium is a highly malleable material, allowing for intricate and creative designs. This makes it suitable for various architectural styles, from contemporary to traditional.
Aluminium is highly recyclable, which means it can be reused without losing its quality. This aligns with sustainable and eco-friendly building practices.
Aluminium windows and doors can be designed to incorporate advanced locking systems and security features, enhancing the safety of your property.
Aluminium is resistant to rust and corrosion, making it an excellent choice for locations with high humidity or proximity to saltwater.
When combined with proper glazing, aluminium windows and doors can effectively reduce outside noise, contributing to a quieter indoor environment
Aluminium has a high melting point and is non-combustible, making it a safer option in terms of fire resistance compared to some other materials.
Non-Reactiveness: Aluminium doesn’t react with air, so it doesn’t produce any harmful fumes or off-gassing, contributing to a healthier indoor air quality.
